This bachelor thesis is focused on evaluation and remuneration of employees in the company Holík International s.r.o. and on successive proposal of changes in this area. This thesis is based on the results of the survey and on analysis of the labor market, that provide finding of needs of the current employees. Proposal of changes is based on this survey and analysis of the labor market. That proposal of changes could provide the arrival of new qualified employees in the future.

This bachelor thesis is focused on the proposal amendment system of rewardment of the employees in the chosen company. Fisrt part of the thesis deals mainly with the explanation of the basic terms relating the theory of rewardment of the employees and description theoretical possibilities generally. In the next part is defined in more dateil an analysis of the current statement by adequate methods. Last part of the thesis is focused on my own proposed of the solution systém of the rewardment of employees in the company.

The goal of the diploma thesis „Salaries in state and public administration in the Czech Republic – development and trends“ is the analysis and description of the salary system. First part of the thesis explains basic theoretical concepts and values in this field of study. The development of the described values is set in the overal context of the economic situation in the Czech Republic. The second part describes principles of remunaration in state and public administration, both past and present. Salary system function is also compared with that of neighboring countries. The outcome of the thesis is the analysis of the salary system and also certain recommendations that resulted from the study of researched topic.

Theoretical knowledge is used in the next phase to analyze and evaluate the situation in the selected company. Finally, solutions will be proposed that will reduce fluctuations in society.

The theoretical part describes the motivation and stimulation bases from the general and practical point of view. The analytical part is focused on research and presents current conditions in chosen company. The survey was used as the information source. The findings from that survey and suggestions for present conditions improvement are summed up in the conclusion.

The main goal is to make an analysis of evaluation and remuneration in the company and on the basis of research make a suggestion to improve these processes. In the theoretic part are explained the basic conceptions as the evaluation and remuneration that are related with army background and the requirements laid to regular soldiers. In the practical part is the chosen company described and the research, that contains of questionnaire commanders and career soldiers. In conclusion is a suggest for an improve of the evaluation and remuneration processes by career soldiers in the company.

My thesis is generally focused on employee remuneration system, however the main focus is on wage forms and their influence on emploees‘ motivation. My thesis is useful for both actual employers and future employers or casual people interested in this topic. The outcome of the research properly describes wage forms and contains suggestions for improvement of particular wage forms and contributes to overall increase in effectiveness of chosen remuneration system.
